1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and bitjii ("bitjii", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your access to and use of the bitjii website located at https://bitjii.net and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, promotional offers, payment processing, and customer support.

By registering an account, accessing the bitjii platform, or placing any wager — whether through a desktop browser or a mobile device — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

1.1 Governing Language

1.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on this website, constitute the entire agreement between you and bitjii with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

The bitjii platform is an adults-only service. To register an account and use any bitjii service, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

2.1 Responsibility for Eligibility

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money games, place sports bets, or claim any promotional offer on bitjii, you must complete the account registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile phone number.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You agree that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate. If we detect that a player holds more than one account, we reserve the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bonuses and winnings, and retain any deposited funds pending investigation.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

bitjii supports a comprehensive range of payment methods specifically selected to serve players in Bangladesh. All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bitjii does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees, which are outside our control.

4.3 Deposit Processing Times

Deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes. 4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our finance team before processing. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within 1 to 12 hours of the request being approved. Withdrawals via bank transfer or card may take up to 24 hours. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete on the account.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions

4.6 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. bitjii reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to dormant accounts. 5 Bonuses & Promotions

bitjii offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to major Bangladeshi cultural events and cricket tournaments. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms stated in the promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a verified account and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for bitjii's welcome bonus of 100% up to ৳20,000. To qualify, the deposit must meet the minimum threshold stated in the current welcome offer terms. The welcome bonus is available to each new player once only and cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other new-player promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bitjii employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using systematic low-risk betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms, and exploiting technical errors in bonus calculations. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus and associated winnings voided and their account permanently closed.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

bitjii reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account prior to modification, the terms in effect at the time of crediting will continue to apply to that specific bonus instance.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

In cricket betting, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, the match must be completed to a minimum qualifying threshold for bets to stand, as defined in the cricket betting rules. Where a match is abandoned, suspended, or declared void, affected bets will be settled in accordance with our published rules for that specific event type.

6.4 Bet Settlement

Sports bets are settled based on the official result as published by the governing body of the relevant competition — for example, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) for domestic cricket, or the International Cricket Council (ICC) for international fixtures. bitjii will make reasonable efforts to settle bets promptly following the conclusion of the relevant event. In cases of result disputes, bitjii's decision — based on official sources — is final and binding.

7 Prohibited Conduct

By using the bitjii platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities. This list is illustrative and not exhaustive — bitjii reserves the right to determine what constitutes prohibited conduct in its reasonable discretion.

• Registering more than one account on bitjii under any identity or combination of identities.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification.
• Using the bitjii platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purposes.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to place bets, navigate the platform, or gain any unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Colluding with other players in any game format — including poker, live dealer games, or any multiplayer format — to influence game outcomes.
• Exploiting known or suspected software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes in any game or sportsbook market for financial gain.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies using bitjii bonuses in combination with other platforms to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or that you are not legally authorised to use, for deposits or withdrawals.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or otherwise reclaim a deposit after using those funds for gambling activity on the platform.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at bitjii staff or other players via the live chat or any other communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account, or circumventing bitjii's security systems in any way.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

bitjii reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including where we have reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances exist:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or money laundering.
• The player is identified as being under 18 years of age.
• The player has requested self-exclusion or is identified on an applicable problem gambling exclusion register.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a lawful instruction from a competent authority.

8.1 Closure of Account by the Player

You may close your bitjii account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Upon receipt of a closure request, your account will be deactivated. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending withdrawal conditions. Please note that account closure is separate from self-exclusion — if you are closing your account due to a gambling problem, please explicitly request self-exclusion rather than a standard account closure.

8.2 Effect of Closure on Bonuses and Pending Bets

Upon account closure — whether initiated by the player or by bitjii — all unclaimed bonuses, unconverted free spins, and bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be voided immediately. Any bets that are pending settlement at the time of account closure will be settled in accordance with normal settlement procedures, and the resulting balance will be processed as part of the final account closure.
